For clarity and consistency, we list 15 days as the standard estimated delivery time.
Shipping Process

All orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment.

Within 24 hours after dispatch, you will receive a “Shipment Processing” email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Insurance (Free)
Our shipping service includes free transit insurance, which provides protection during international delivery.
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist you in contacting the carrier and guide you through the insurance claim process to ensure the issue is properly handled.
Note: We do not offer free reshipments or unconditional refunds, but we will fully support the logistics insurance claim.
Taxes & Duties
Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged by the destination country (if applicable).
Order Tracking
All orders come with online tracking.
Your tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you within 3 business days after shipment.
During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), processing times may extend to up to 6 business days.

If you do not receive an email within 3 days, please check your spam folder.
Customs Clearance & Local Delivery
Delivery time does not include customs delays.
If any issues occur, we will assist you via email.
Once the package arrives in the destination country, we recommend checking tracking updates through your local logistics provider (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, local postal services).
Cross-border shipments usually update tracking only after the package enters the destination country.
After-Sales Notice (Important)

All items are thoroughly inspected and confirmed defect-free before shipment.

For transit issues (lost or damaged packages), we will assist with the logistics insurance claim.

After the package is successfully delivered, damages caused by:
