Refund & After-Sales Policy (For RC Upgrade Kits)

Thank you for choosing SKRC.
Our RC upgrade kits include high-performance electronic components and precision 3D-printed parts, specially designed and customized for different LEGO Technic models.
To ensure a clear and fair shopping experience, please read the policy below carefully.


Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

You may contact us anytime to cancel or modify your order.
A full refund will be issued.

After Shipment

Because our products are custom-made and shipped via international logistics, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.

Please confirm your model selection and order details before purchasing.


DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee

All products undergo functionality tests and parts inspection before shipping.
If you receive an item with any of the following issues, we will handle it immediately:

  • Damaged upon arrival (DOA)

  • Not functioning on arrival

  • Not matching the product description

We will provide one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement parts, or

  • A reasonable solution based on the situation

How to Submit a DOA Claim

Please email us at skrc.sales@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue
    (Video required for electronics such as remote, servo, ESC, sound unit, etc.)

We will respond within 24–48 hours.


Important Notice: No Warranty for Damage Caused During Use

RC upgrade kits are high-performance hobby products that include:

  • Brushless motors

  • Servo motors

  • Receiver & transmitter

  • ESC

  • 3S rechargeable batteries

  • 3D-printed gears, connectors, and mechanical parts

The lifespan and condition of these components are highly dependent on usage.
While normal and careful operation rarely causes damage, the following are considered user-induced damage and are not covered by warranty:

  • Crashes, collisions, rollovers, or aggressive driving

  • Prolonged high-speed “racing” causing overload

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Water damage or short circuits

  • Battery misuse in high-temperature/low-temperature environments

  • Normal wear such as gear wear or bearing wear

Just like a supercar manufacturer cannot provide warranty for drifting or crash damage,
we cannot offer free repairs or replacements for damage caused during use.

If assistance is needed, we can provide paid repair service or part replacement recommendations.


Non-Returnable Items (Very Important)

Due to the nature of our products—custom-made + electronic components + high international shipping cost—we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Dislike / changed mind

  • Wrong model ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Tested but not satisfied

  • Non-quality reasons
